Date Night Cooking Class – Grilling al Fresco
Enjoy an evening influenced by the light and vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean where we will be dining under the Middleground Farms stars (weather permitting.)?ÿIn this outdoor inspired class, we will turn zucchini into deliciously crispy fritters, prepare a zesty lemon aioli, grill scallops to perfection, whip up a bright & flavorful gazpacho and finish with a refreshing coffee granita kissed with honey-vanilla mascarpone.

On the menu … zucchini fritters with arugula, radicchio and lemon aioli ~ zesty summer gazpacho ~ grilled scallops with farro, cucumber, olive, feta and basil salad ~ spiced coffee granita with honey-vanilla mascarpone
