Calling all eager young chefs! Join us at our annual Kids Camp during Spring Break to start learning the skills that will help you win Top Chef someday! Day 2 is all about lunchtime and getting outside to plant starts in the garden! From grinding fresh nut butter, to simmering sweet jam, and baking fresh loaves of bread, youƒ??ll learn to make a complete from-scratch PB&J sandwich. If you prefer something more advanced, weƒ??ll bake a sheet-pan meal that tastes just a scrumptious out of a lunchbox. Finally, youƒ??ll make a flavorful syrup that can turn an ordinary can of sparkling water into a fancy soda! Class culminates in a delicious meal enjoyed family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menu ƒ?? PBJs with homemade nut butter and mixed berry jam ~ challah bread ~ chicken and broccoli sheet-pan with couscous ~ thumbprint cookies ~ orange soda syrup

Chef instruction, recipe packets, and all non-alcoholic beverages are included!

This is the second class in a three class series. Each class is offered independently at the single class rate of $65, however you can become a well rounded Home Chef by registering for the entire series for $165.
