Brunch + Bubbles Cooking Class: Taste of Europe!
Take a tour of Europe on this April Sunday in the way of breakfast! We’ll take a bit of all that is good from the world and bring it to the table. You’ll learn a breakfast treat loved in Bavaria, a classic Kaiserschmarrn  (say that three times fast), a traditional egg & potato dish from Spain,  and find savory and sweet applications to enjoy eastern European borek.

Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables!

On the menu ~ Grilled tropical fruit salad ~ Shakshuka (eggs poached in North African tomato stew with smoked paprika)?ÿ ~lemon ricotta pancakes with blueberry bourbon sauce ~ Handmade breakfast sausage ~ Kaiserschmarrn (brown butter skillet cake) with Oregon strawberries ~
