Global Flavors: Regional Indian Cuisine – Maharashtra

The flavor combinations and aromas of the Indian kitchen are rich and varied. With India’ vast coast line, towering Himalaya mountains, and arid interior, Indian cuisine reflects this beautiful diversity, plus so much more. In this Indian cooking class series, join us in exploring flavorful foods region by region. You are in for a unique experience!

While many of us are familiar with the rich, tomato-based curries of Northern India, tonight weƒ??re focusing on the cuisine of Maharashtra, in western India. Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables. Eating with your right hand is optional.

Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with dinner. All non-alcoholic beverages also included!
