Let’s celebrate the beginning of getting cozy again with the flavors of fall in the Pacific Northwest.
The evening will start with coming together around a warm and gooey wheel of brie hugged with brandied fall fruits. We will enjoy a succulent cider-braised Middleground Farms raised pork topped with local apples. We cannot forget the vegetables, so let’s bring back crispy and satisfying brussels sprouts in cast iron with lots of lemon and crunchy hazelnuts. We will roast rich delicata squash to accompany a nutty farro salad. Lastly, no fall meal is complete without pears and almonds in the form of a tasty tart.
Class culminates in a?ÿdelicious, family style meal, around our beautiful, barn wood tables.
Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with dinner! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included!
