In this Paleo Cooking Class, we’ll inspire you with great recipes and cooking techniques that will get you out of your current “diet” rut. We’ll then teach some tried and true methods to help make every meal fulfilling, while sticking to the Paleo guidelines. Rich, delicious, and healthy! Class culminates in a meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.
