Let’ enjoy a few tasty treats of the Southwest at this Brunch and Bubbles bonanza!
Why make another basic pancake when you can liven things up with beautiful, blue corn and smokey apples. Youƒ??ll learn the basics of how to make a proper batter, and how different flours and grain affect texture.?ÿ Youƒ??ll learn to create the perfect spiced nut ƒ?? for garnish or for snacking! If poached eggs are a challenge, let us take away the fear with a few simple tricks that will bring you success every time. We will saut?? our way to a satisfyingly, crispy chorizo hash and finish the morning with a tart and creamy dessert with a spark.

Class culminates in a delicious, family style meal, around our beautiful, barn wood tables.
