Well, in this family friendly class we’ll making dough from scratch, roll and shape tortellini that will be made into a delightfully aromatic soup. We’ll play with rolling pasta into strands of love to be tossed with a light, garlic cream with roasted fennel and grilled shrimp. To finish what is likely to be a perfect meal- we’ll make a show-stopping torte.
