Explore the bounty of the summer gardens through this seemingly exotic cuisine.?ÿ ?ÿ Let’s employ some fundamental techniques used in Thai cooking and some great staples from the Thai pantry to kick up our seasonal cooking! You will learn how to master fresh spring rolls, make curry paste from scratch, work with different types of Asian noodles, and how to create Thai style salads for every season, all while learning to balance the salty, sour and sweet that is?ÿ Thai food! Class culminates in a delicious meal?ÿ around our beautiful barn wood tables.
On the menu… green apple salad ~ drunken noodles with sweet basil & chicken ~ grilled lemongrass steak and herb salad ~ red curry cauliflower with summer vegetables ~ peach crisp with coconut gelato
Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine or beer at the beginning of class, and another with dinner.?ÿ Additional wine and beer sold by the glass or bottle.?ÿ All non-alcoholic beverages are included.
