An introduction knife skills class coupled with our ever-popular Cooking Fundamentals class, our professional chefs will not only teach you the proper way to use the kitchen's most important tool (hint: knife), but you'll also gain understanding of the science behind saute, roast, fry & poach. You’ll gain confidence, speed and skill in The Kitchen. This class is suitable for all skill levels!

As always, this hands on cooking class culminates in a family style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables.

A welcome cocktail and an additional glass of wine with dinner are included.  Additional wine and beer is available to purchase.
