We’ll use them all to create a celebration around the traditional Spanish showstopper – paella! We’ll add fresh, seasonal Pacific Northwest seafood to a delectable rice, meat and vegetable feast.We’ll celebrate Spanish cheese like Manchego as filling for savory stuffed dates.
