The beauty of a soup is that it can be enjoyed for many meals and only gets better as a leftover.  You'll learn techniques for making your own stock, thickening soups with a puree, and how to carry your soup to the next level with perfect seasoning.

As always, this hands on cooking class culminates in a family style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables.

A welcome cocktail and an additional glass of wine with dinner are included.  Additional wine and beer is available to purchase.
