We’ll discuss differently sourced beans, different roasts & different grinds and how they affect coffee as an ingredient.?ÿ We will make succulent and flavorful ribs, bring the best out of hearty beans and even introduce coffee into a salad. Dessert is an Italian classic as we drown our caramel gelato with more of that dark nectar.
