Our lively summer garden has inspired us to think of warm, summer nights in Italy in this gnocchi based class. Making great gnocchi is all about texture, and we’ll help you learn how to achieve that texture and how to make the correct shape to grab on to flavorful sauces. Our gardens are bursting at the seams with produce begging to be brought to the dinner table to be shared with friends! You’ll learn to use every part of your vegetable to enhance the traditional potato gnocchi using carrots and beets.?ÿ If you love cheese, you’ll learn how it actually lightens the texture of gnocchi and how it balances the richness of a meaty tomato sauce.?ÿ What better accompaniment to an Italian meal than freshly baked bread??ÿ You’ll learn to mix, proof and bake bread in a cast iron pan!
Class culminates in a?ÿdelicious, family style meal, around our beautiful, barn wood tables.
