Have you ever wondered what goes into making your own sausage and bacon? ?ÿTake some great quality meat (from our Middleground Farms pork!) and Fat.Salt.Love’s Chef Corey Pressman, will show you how to make the best tasting cured meats without a question as to what is inside. We’ll talk spice mixes and sausage casings and smoke. At the end of the evening, you’ll enjoy a nose-to-tail dinner with a little pork in every bite!

Class culminates in a delicious meal?ÿserved family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menu . . . pork tenderloin with braised lentils and red wine vinaigrette ~ frisee salad with poached egg with warm bacon vinaigrette

Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with dinner. All non-alcoholic beverages are also included!
