Welcome the second stop on our celebration of the U.S. in our new American Supper Club Series! We will learn all about the big flavors of the south that are influenced by creole cooking. Start with a spin on a Southern classic ƒ?? hush puppies! Learn how to make rich and hearty grits with some delicious saut??ed shrimp as well as how to crust potatoes in a delicious salty layer. Also fresh catfish will make an appearance for you to work with and stuff with some delicious crab. Finally you will get all the knowledge needed for a classic Charleston style coconut cake.
Class culminates in a family style meal around our beautiful barn-wood tables.
