Join us for our new series: American Supper Club!?ÿ Our goal is to celebrate different regions of our country through having supper together at our table! On our first day of the New supper club series we will be celebrating everything about the wonderland that the Pacific Northwest is. We will explore local seasonal ingredients, like fiddlehead ferns, green garlic and wild salmon, while learning classic techniques in the kitchen!
Class culminates in a family style meal around our beautiful barn-wood tables.
