There is a chill in the air and you’re beginning to crave hearty foods. We have you covered in this pasta class filled with fall flavors. Join us to learn the art of making your own fresh pasta! We’ll help you learn how easy?ÿ it is to create fresh pasta dough and make ravioli. Then we’ll make a proper, hearty ragu sauce with our own Middleground Farms pork and a rich herbed brown butter sauce. To create the perfect accompaniment, you’ll learn how to balance a creamy vinaigrette, buttery croutons with an autumnal twist, and Italian focaccia bread, still warm from the cast iron skillet.
Class culminates in a?ÿdelicious, family style meal, around our beautiful, barn wood tables.
On the menu are dishes such as…butternut squash ravioli with brown butter, sage and hazelnuts~ fresh fettuccine with pork ragu ~ tiramisu gelato~
