Everyone knows that chocolate and love go hand in hand, but do you know much about chocolate?ÿ In this class, you’ll not only learn of it’s 3000 year connection to love, but you’ll learn the different types, their different uses and how to create many confections, creating your own box of chocolates to take home. You’ll gain experience in tempering, molding, dipping and garnishing techniques.
