Brunch + Bubbles Cooking Class
There is no better way to kickoff your weekend than a relaxing brunch with something bubbly in your glass!?ÿIt’s a Portland phenomenon.?ÿAn at-home brunch means no waiting in line and?ÿas many mimosas as your heart desires! Awesome.

We’ll start by learning the basics of a perfect pancake, move?ÿon to mastering egg dishes, and talk about what makes the best bacon. Spatula in one hand, cocktail in the other, join us for this deliciously fun class!

As with all of our classes, we’ll enjoy a delicious, family style meal around our beautiful, barn wood tables.

On the menu … sourdough pancakes with grilled peaches and candied hazelnuts ~ bacon and farm fresh egg focaccia ~ smoked salmon and leak hash with dijon cream
