What better way to spend a Sunday, than joining a friend or four and coming to the farm for brunch?  You’ll sip some sparkling wine while learning everything to know about how to conquer the intimidating, yet delicious menu favorite:  Eggs Benedict.  You’ll learn the dough type & cooking method to make English muffins from scratch (!!!!), and in case that wasn’t enough work with dough, you’ll learn to make a delicious beignet.  We’ll explore the many myths behind making a perfectly poached egg and a few ways to make a creamy, light and lemony hollandaise.  We’ll explore many variations of this classic as well!

On the menu … beignets with lemon curd ~ classic eggs benedict with house smoked pork and hollandaise ~ and smoked salmon benedict with dill hollandaise & capers
