You'll learn the dough type & cooking method to make English muffins from scratch (!!!!), and in case that wasn't enough work with dough, you'll learn to make a delicious beignet.  We'll explore the many myths behind making a perfectly poached egg and a few ways to make a creamy, light and lemony hollandaise.  We'll explore many variations of this classic as well!
