What better way to spend a Sunday, than joining a friend or four and coming to the farm for brunch? You’ll sip some sparkling wine while learning everything about how to conquer brunch comfort food favorites from South Carolina’s popular Lowcountry cuisine. We’ll explore the myths behind making a perfectly poached egg and a few ways to make a creamy, light and lemony hollandaise. We’ll also make comfort food classics like savory shrimp and grits, whip together pimento cheese, and cut and bake fluffy, buttermilk biscuits! Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.
