In this deep dive demonstration class, Chef Jason will cover the history and process of cheese making with an extensive tasting of the variety of milks, flavors and textures humans have created throughout time to satisfy our nutritional and gustatory needs.

He will also discuss how to build a perfect cheese board as well as create some fun easy to make cheese-based dishes to share with family and friends.
