Cooking with Those You Love Cooking Class: Pasta
Love = Pasta, in this family friendly class we’ll making dough from scratch, shape tortellini and heart shaped ravioli that will be made into a delightfully aromatic soup. We’ll play with rolling pasta into strands of love to be tossed with a light, garlic cream with roasted fennel and grilled shrimp. Dinner will be rounded out with a crispy salad, garlic bread, and an unforgettable Italian inspired sundae.

On the menu … sausage and kale Soup with lemon ricotta tortellini ~ fettuccini with roasted fennell, shrimp and garlic cream ~ pistachio gelato sundaes with chocolate espresso ganache, orange caramel and amarena cherry whipped cream

We recommend this class for adults, and children 12 and older.
