Love = Pasta, in this family friendly class we’ll making dough from scratch, shape tortellini and heart shaped ravioli that will be made into a delightfully aromatic soup. We’ll play with rolling pasta into strands of love to be tossed with a light, garlic cream with roasted fennel and grilled shrimp.
On the menu … sausage and kale soup with lemon ricotta tortellini ~ fettuccini with shrimp and garlic cream ~ delicata squash with cinnamon ~ an unforgettable Italian inspired sundae.

We recommend this class for adults and children 7 and older. Adults (21+), enjoy a glass of wine upon arrival and another with our meal!
