Date Night Cooking Class: Steakhouse Favorites
Bring your favorite steakhouse home! You’ll learn about the different cuts and grades of beef and which you like the most.?ÿ We’ll grill those hearty steaks to teach you to make perfect cross-hatch marks.?ÿ You’ll learn how to make compound butters and a rich, tangy homemade steak sauce. We won’t stop at meat:?ÿ all the classic sides will be updated, and you’ll learn the techniques to make them perfectly. To finish, weƒ??ll pull out our culinary torches and broil crisp sugar shells onto the tops of creamy chocolate cr??me br?¯l??e! Class culminates in a delicious meal enjoyed family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menu . . . steaks with blue cheese butter ~ salt-and-pepper prawns ~ loaded twice-baked potatoes ~ grilled asparagus with parmesan ~ steak sauce ~ chocolate cr??me br?¯l??e with coulis
