Grab a cooking partner and come join us in The Kitchen for a tour of the Eastern Mediterranean seaside.  Inspired by Chef Jessica's October trip to the Greece, Turkey and Israel, the menu will be a feast of flavors, with techniques specific to that region.  Learn how to apply those techniques to the seasonal bounty of the Northwest.  Think seafood, lamb, fresh vegetables and a multitude of sauces to eat mezze style with warm fresh flatbread.   The menu will be created the week of the class, upon Jessica's return.  It will be an adventure for all of us!

Class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Sommelier Jean Householder will create a wine tasting to sample throughout the evening that represents the region.  Additional wine and beer is available for purchase.
