Share an evening with your loved one influenced by the light and vibrant flavors of the Northwest where we will be dining under the Middleground Farms stars (pray for good weather)?ÿin this outdoor inspired class. We’ll teach you how to make the very best grilled steaks with perfect crosshatch grill marks and an bright, herby sauce to serve with them. We’ll talk about about grilling all kinds of seasonal summer fruits and vegetables for side dishes and salads. We’re even throwing a wheel of brie and our dessert on the grill for even more smoky flavor!

Class culminates in a?ÿdelicious, family style meal, around our beautiful, barn wood tables.

On the menu….grilled brie with blackberry basil smash ~ grilled peach with burrata salad ~ chili rubbed steaks with chimichurri ~ quinoa with grilled summer vegetables ~ grilled olive oil cake with fresh berries
