Date Night: Harvest Party!
What are you doing to kick off November and all things that beckon cooler weather and warm flavors.? We hope joining us in our cozy kitchen as we sear, roast, blend, and braise the best of this beautiful time of year. Bring a “date” and learn to caramelize butter into a heady, nutty sauce with apples for tender pork. See what cast iron can do for charring vegetables and finish the night with a spicy, moist pear cake loaded with ginger and fall spices.?ÿ Class culminates in a family style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables.

On the menu….roasted delicata and butternut squash bisque ~ wild mushroom farro risotto ~ cast iron green beans with mustard and tarragon sauce ~ cider braised Middleground Farms pork with brown butter and leeks ~ pear upside-down gingerbread torte with maple whipped cream

Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and one with dinner as well!
