Grab a date and come to The Kitchen to virtually travel to the Mediterranean in summer through food, harvested fresh from the garden.
Enjoy cooking lamb outside on charcoal, kebab style on Persian meat “swords”, to accompany wood fired vegetables straight from the garden. You’ll learn the basics of making halloumi cheese and how best to prepare it. You’ll experience working with octopus, and see why bright vinaigrettes make it a lovely dish right off of the grill.
It will be a lovely dinner of mezze that transports us to the Mediterranean!
