Share an evening with your loved one where we’ll transport ourselves to rural Spain which is heavily influenced by vibrant flavors of this beautiful culture! You will learn how to cook with saffron to make a beautiful tomato broth, master rustic pizza using cast iron, and execute perfectly textured custard.
Class culminates in us eating like the Spanish do, tapas style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menuƒ??.Spaniard Pizza (quince, manchego, and serrano in the cast iron pan) ~ Albondigas (Spanish meatballs in a tomato saffron sauce) ~ Champigones Al Ajillo (garlic lemon mushrooms) ~ Crema Catalana (rich vanilla bean custard with caramel)
