Why not ring in Fall with the scents of Spain in our fantastically fun, flavor punched meal comprised of assorted tapas, all the while sipping different styles of sherry. We will work with rolling, filling, and frying adorable empanadas, stuffing olives with smokey blue cheese, grilling seafood and bread. The last of our summer tomatoes will be smoked for a luscious broth, where you’ll learn to balance flavors and perfect the art of seasoning to blend for a refreshing gazpacho and pureed into a delectable sauce for dipping whatever you please. It will be a party for your palate!

Class culminates in a?ÿdelicious, family style meal, around our beautiful, barn wood tables.

On the menu are dishes such as…picadillo empanadas with creamy romesco ~ cabrales cheese stuffed friend olives ~ grilled calamari and scallops with smoked tomato coulis ~ zesty gazpacho ~ orange liqueur soaked almond torte ~
