Sometimes your meals just need a little jolt. ?ÿLet’s take the bounty from the late summer heat and learn to preserve it to kick up our meals year round. ?ÿWith Chef Jessica, you’ll create some of her favorite condiments & seasonings to last you through the doldrums of winter. ?ÿ We’ll create vinegar based hot sauces, salsas and pastes to liven up your simple weeknight meals, and rubs and seasoning salt to add a spark to your meats!
