Flour Power Baking Class
Call all bakers! Do you want to learn about making breads but don’t know where to begin? This class is a great place to start. Bread baking is much easier then you might think. Let us geek out on flour, gluten, yeast, and all things that bakers love in this beginner’s class. Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menu … baguette with poolish preferment ~ baked pizza margarita ~ grilled pizza topped with smoked salmon ~ asparagus salad ~ almond anise biscotti dipped in dark chocolate ~ caramel gelato affogato
