It’s the thyme of year (sorry! we couldn’t resist) that we figure out a few new things to do with herbs in the garden. This class could have easily lasted a month of Sundays with all of the fun things that we could create together in the kitchen with herbs. In addition to a variety of baking techniques,?ÿ we will chat about how to choose the proper herb for certain dishes, how to keep them freshest after picking and how to get the most of them for every use in baking.
