It’s time to enjoy another Flour Power party here at The Kitchen! Join us for an evening of baking things that can seem tricky, but are actually a joy to learn and ridiculous to eat. If you want to learn to make fantastic treats and show-stopping quick appetizers with ease – this is your class. Your upcoming holiday soirees will be made easy! We will learn how to make quick puff pastry from scratch and then turn it into crispy, caramely palmiers. Then we’ll tame one of pastry’s amazingly versatile doughs that can be turned into eclairs, puffs, or a myriad of other savory delectables. Lastly, we’ll learn to whip a proper meringue to add to a cheesy sauce to make into an effortless souffle!

Class culminates in a?ÿdelicious, family style meal around our beautiful, barn wood tables.
