In this class we will be exploring quick breads, which by definition means that they use a chemical leavener that allows them to be baked right away. We will master everything from biscuits to popovers to loaves and understand how you can change one recipe into all three.
You'll walk away more confident than ever to be able to use baking ratios to make just about any quick bread from what you have at hand.
As always, this hands on cooking class culminates in a family style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables.
