Foodie’s Night Out: Fall Thai Cooking Class
The cuisine of Thailand is rich in its diversity. ?ÿLet’s employ some fundamental techniques used in Thai cooking and some great staples from the Thai pantry to kick up our seasonal cooking! ?ÿChef Jessica will teach you how to make a fresh curry paste from scratch, put a Thai spin on braising our farm raised pork, and learn a new favorite treat – fried bananas (!!!!) all while learning to balance the salty, sour and sweet that is the Thai food! We’ll enjoy our meal family style, around our beautiful barn wood tables!
On the menu … green apple salad with thai chili dressing & roasted peanuts ~ kabocha squash with fresh red curry paste ~ braised pork cheeks with toasted coconut ~ jasmine rice ~ crispy fried bananas with coconut caramel
