We’ll make a twist on classic Bolognese with hearty short ribs and a rich filled pasta with the bounty out of our fall garden. Learn the secrets for using a hand-cranked pasta machine and an extruder with ease! Transport yourself to Italy right here at The Kitchen!
Class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Class includes a welcome adult beverage and an additional class of wine with dinner.
