So many great things come from a Spanish pantry; saffron, manchego, chorizo, pimenton, anchovy, sherry vinegar!

We’ll use them all to create a celebration around the traditional Spanish showstopper – paella! We’ll add fresh, seasonal Pacific Northwest seafood to a delectable rice, meat and vegetable feast.

We’ll celebrate Spanish cheese like Manchego as filling for savory stuffed dates. You’ll also learn other great techniques and sauces to round out the meal. For this Foodie’s Night Out class, registration is for one person.
