Foodie’s Night Out: Spanish Tapas and Pintxos

So many great things come from a Spanish pantry; saffron, manchego, chorizo, pimenton, anchovy, and sherry vinegar! We’ll use them all to create a celebration around the traditional Spanish small plates – tapas and pintxos!

We’ll use fresh, seasonal Pacific Northwest seafood to make delectable shrimp and mussels in cast iron pans. We’ll celebrate Spanish cheese like Cabrales and Manchego as fillings for crispy fried olives and savory stuffed dates.

You’ll also learn other great tapas techniques and sauces to round out the meal.

Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with dinner! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
