Frozen Treats Cooking Class
Nothing says, “Welcome back to childhood!” like a refreshing buffet of homemade frozen treats. Nostalgia takes us back to the days where they hand churned ice cream down by the lake on a warm summer day. Since we now have electricity (thank goodness), we will let the ice cream machine do the work in our lovely, air conditioned kitchen, while sipping on delicious local wine and enjoying the pleasant ambiance of the farm.

We will be making dreamy frozen yogurt cupcakes, stunning sorbet, and uniquely exquisite ice cream sandwiches that you will be able to keep in the freezer all year round! Class culminates in a seasonal meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menu…blackberry basil fro yo cupcakes with coconut whipped cream ~ cinnamon cappuccino semi freddo with vanilla bean caramel sauce and chocolate ganache ~ lemon goat cheese and ginger snap ice cream sandwiches ~ spicy mango mojito sorbet
