Global Street Tacos Cooking Class
If you build them, they will come! Build what, you ask? The most amazing tacos every, that’s what! This is a class that brings the spirit of global cuisine all tucked into a homemade tortilla of either delicate and crispy flour with perfect char, or the heady flavor of proper corn tortilla made from true Nixtamal masa. We will cover a variety of cooking techniques; marinating, grilling, braising, and emulsifying, not to mention plenty of knife cuts! Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menu . . . fish taco with mango salsa and chipotle crema ~ cuban mojo taco with cotija and cabbage lime slaw ~ ban mi thai chicken taco ~ aqua fresca granita

Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with dinner. All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
