Join the fun of making traditional French Nougat dipped in tempered dark chocolate, creamy and satisfyingly simple Cinnamon Espresso Caramels and Crunchy Pistachio Toffee layered with tempered white chocolate.

This is the first class in a three class series held the first three Sundays of December. Each class is offered independently at the single class rate of $75, however you can become a well rounded Holiday Baker and Confections Maker by registering for the entire series for $200.
