Kids Cooking Camp, Day 3: Italian Dinner
Calling all eager young chefs! Join us at our annual Kids Camp during Spring Break to start learning the skills that will help you win Top Chef someday! On our final day weƒ??re cooking up an Italian dinner to remember! Weƒ??ll mix and roll and cut fresh egg pasta and make the biggest, most delicious meatballs youƒ??ve ever eaten. Go wild with toppings as you design your own pizza on dough we mixed. At the end of the day weƒ??ll turn all our leftover pizza dough into a tasty, warm dessert. Class culminates in a delicious meal enjoyed family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menu ƒ?? fresh pasta with jumbo meatballs ~ tomato butter sauce ~ pizza dough and sauce ~ cinnamon twists ~ chocolate ganache and caramel sauce

This is the last class in a three class series. Each class is offered independently at the single class rate of $65, however you can become a well rounded Home Chef by registering for the entire series for $165.
