A welcome to the farm!?ÿ A tour and introduction to what we do at The Kitchen and the farm.?ÿ Then a trip to visit the ladies in the chicken coop.?ÿ Weƒ??ll learn how to raise chickens, different breeds of chickens and the eggs they lay, and what to do with the eggs when we bring them to The Kitchen.?ÿ Weƒ??ll learn the basics of egg cookery, from over-easy to the perfect omelet.?ÿ Weƒ??ll move on to egg based sauces like hollandaise and fresh mayonnaise, and finish with souffl??s and egg-based custards.

This is Day 1 of a 4 day camp, Monday ƒ??
