Weƒ??ll learn about the magical enzymes of fresh dairy!?ÿ From the care of dairy animals to the types of milk, weƒ??ll learn all about what you can do with milk.?ÿ Weƒ??ll make homemade yogurt, fresh mozzarella cheese, buttermilk and ice cream ƒ?? all from scratch!

This is Day 2 of a 4 day camp, Monday ƒ??
