This class is all about how to enhance amazing ingredients to create a delicious meal. After gaining proficiency with your knife, learning basic knife skills, youƒ??ll practice the basics of the broil, pan-fry, saut??, grill, steam & roast. Youƒ??ll understand why you blanch some vegetables, and what’ best roasted. Youƒ??ll learn why you sear some meats, and why sometimes you finish cooking them in the oven. This is the cornerstone class that teaches you truly how to cook. And as usual, we will finish with a delicious family style meal at The Kitchen dining table.
