Korean BBQ is all about technique and grilling, so what is better than learning how to make it with us? We will be making some KBBQ Classics! Together we will put together some heavenly Bibimbap, a traditional Korean rice dish. You will learn how to work with a thin cut of beef short rib, and how it can be beautifully paired with a traditional sweet marinade. ?ÿYouƒ??ll learn how to work with pork belly, and how to make it tender and delicious. We will also put together some scallion pancakes on the griddle. And to finish it all, you will sit down to some lovely Bukkumi, sweet rice dumplings.
Class culminates in a family style meal around our beautiful barn-wood tables.
